Privacy policy

This page explains what we collect when you use pomariumsystems.com, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. Pomarium Systems ("we", "us") runs this site.

What we collect

• When you send the demo form: your name, work email, company, and what you tell us about the process you want built.
• When you book a call: the details you enter in the Calendly booking calendar, such as your name, email and the time you pick.
• When you browse: Google Analytics records which pages you visit, your approximate location, your device and browser, and how you found the site. It uses cookies to do this.
• Server logs: our hosting provider keeps standard logs, such as IP address and request time, to keep the site running and secure.
• When you message us on WhatsApp: your phone number and whatever you send.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange your call.
• To prepare your free working demo and written plan.
• To see which pages people find useful, so we can improve the site.
• To keep the site secure.

We don't sell your information. We only email you about your enquiry, and we won't add you to a mailing list without asking first.

Who we share it with

We use a few services to run the site. They handle your information on our behalf:

• Vercel hosts the site.
• Hostinger delivers form messages to our inbox.
• Google provides Google Analytics.
• Calendly runs the booking calendar.
• WhatsApp (Meta) carries any messages you send us there.

These services may store information outside your country. We may also share information when the law requires it.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets cookies to count visits and tell new visitors from returning ones. You can block them in your browser settings or with Google's Analytics opt-out add-on. The Calendly booking calendar sets its own cookies, covered by Calendly's privacy notice.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry for as long as we need it to talk to you and, if we work together, for the project and our business records. If we don't end up working together, we delete it once it's no longer needed, or sooner if you ask. Google Analytics keeps its data for the retention period set in our Analytics account.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or ask us to stop using it. Email nikeurnl@gmail.comand we'll reply within 30 days.

Depending on where you live, data protection laws such as the GDPR or the UAE's Personal Data Protection Law may give you further rights, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect what you send us, such as encrypted connections and access limited to the people who work on your enquiry. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't promise that information will never be exposed.

Children

This site is for businesses. It isn't meant for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
